Hotel Guest Reviews of the Econo Lodge Sharon

The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to get to. The TV worked well and when I returned to the room at the end of the day, the room was clean again with the bed freshly mayed. My room was freshly painted and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. ...read more

Absolute garbage.

I was so disappointed with this hotel, our bed was wet, our non smoking room had the stench of smoke and the sink was broken. It was so bad I had to go to a different hotel.

Good location, nice room, comfy bed. The free breakfast included with a Days Inn or a Comfort Inn is respectable - the Econo Lodge shouldn't bother. Otherwise, good place to stay.

If you don't mind doing battle with spiders and ants who were happily infesting the bathroom. Then this is the place for you! The signal strength in my room barely registered and no internet connection was possible. The two bath towels were woefully inadequate. Unless you are beginning your own, prepare to spend some time air drying before you'll be able to get dressed. There are security concerns. The ground floor location of my (and most) rooms and the front and back windows in each room, provided easy (perhaps irresistible) access to any would be thief. You will want to use the deadbolt at all times! The Holiday Inn Express, located directly across the street appeared to be a Taj Mahal compared to this poor, tired Econo Lodge. Lesson learned: Sometimes you just have to pay a few more bucks in order to feel safe, valued and comfortable. There will be no Econo Lodges in my future travels. ...read more

This motel, not hotel, is from the 1950's. Re-painted and re-caulked. It was just a place to sleep in. I would have been glad to pay a little more for a decent place to stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It's a straight drive from the interstate to the front door. Dinning facilities as well as convenient stores are within walking distance.

Not likely to return. Very unhappy with the price I paid and what I got.
